Shipping and returns
Delivery within India
Canvesa delivers within India only. Every print is made to order in Hyderabad, inspected, and shipped flat in double-walled packaging. Making takes 2 to 3 business days; delivery time follows the option chosen at checkout.

Delivery costs are shown before payment. Digital downloads (₹200 per work) have no delivery cost and are available after payment is confirmed.
Damaged, faulty or wrong prints
- A print that arrives damaged, has a print or framing fault, or is not the item ordered is replaced at no cost or refunded in full, when reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Report it by email to hello@canvesa.com with photographs of the packaging and the work.
- Colour more than 15% away from the preview on the product page is eligible for an exchange.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method.
What cannot be returned
- A change of mind. Every print is made to order, and Print Your Own prints are made from the customer's own file.
- Digital downloads, once the file has been made available.
- Items with signs of use or damage caused after delivery.
