Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of canvesa.com and any orders you place with the Canvesa studio. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Editioned prints are limited runs printed in our Hyderabad studio. The edition size shown on the product page is final — we will never print past it. Numbering is sequential. Originals are one-of-one and sold as marked.

When you upload a file to The Press, you confirm you have the right to reproduce that image. You retain ownership of your file. We use it only to fulfil your order, and we do not display, distribute, or resell it. We reserve the right to decline jobs that infringe third-party rights or that we believe are unsafe to print.

Prices are shown in INR and include applicable taxes unless stated. Payment is processed by Razorpay. We charge at the time of order. If we cannot fulfil an order we refund in full.

Made-to-order pieces ship within five working days of order confirmation. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provide. If a piece arrives damaged, contact the studio within seven days for replacement.

Editioned and original works are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, have a print or framing fault, or are not as described. Tell us within seven days of delivery and we will send a free replacement or refund you in full. The Press — your uploaded files printed on our materials — is non-returnable for a change of mind because each piece is unique to you; production faults are covered on the same seven-day terms.

We are responsible for the quality and timely delivery of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our reasonable control.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be heard in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
