Quick answers to the most common questions
How long does it take to process and ship my order?
Paper and canvas prints take 2 to 3 business days to make, and standard delivery takes 5 to 7 business days in total. Custom paintings and photo services usually take 5 to 12 days from proof approval.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Checkout currently accepts addresses in India only. If you need a piece sent abroad, email hello@canvesa.com and the studio will tell you what is possible.
What is your return policy?
If your piece arrives damaged, has a print or framing fault, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or refund you in full. Every piece is made to order, so we can't take returns for a change of mind. Email hello@canvesa.com with photos of the issue.
Can I customise the size or frame of any artwork?
Yes. On each product page you can choose fine art paper or premium canvas, a size from 8×10 to 36×48 inches or a custom size, and a black, brown or white frame, or no frame.
What if my print arrives damaged?
We pack every order in double-walled protective packaging. In the rare event of damage in transit, photograph the packaging and the artwork as soon as it arrives and email us at hello@canvesa.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or refund you in full.
How does the custom painting service work?
Upload your photo on the Services page, choose your style (oil, watercolour, portrait, etc.), and place your order. Within 48 hours, you'll receive an initial digital proof for review. You can request up to 3 revisions before final production.
What print materials do you offer?
Two: archival fine art paper and premium canvas. Either can be framed in black, brown or white, or left unframed.

- ✓Damaged or defective prints, reported within 7 days of delivery
- ✓Wrong item sent: we replace it at no cost
- ✓Colour more than 15% off the preview: we exchange it
- ✓Transit damage: photograph it on arrival and report it within 7 days

- ×Change of mind, because every piece is made to order
